The Hyperfocus scoring system is a modified Eisenhower Matrix.
But instead of a binary:
- Important vs Not Important
- Urgent vs Not Urgent
We added more nuance.
Rather than an over-simplified quadrant, it’s a quadrant where each section is divided into 4 or 6 smaller segments.
The Notion Hyperfocus system scores automatically and instantly.
Task views are generally sorted first by the Hyperfocus section (Do, Queue, Review, or New), and then by score 1-8. This automatically puts your most important work at the top.
